For The Past Week I Have Had A Pain Near

For the past week i have had a pain near my right ovary and spotting. I went for a transvaginal ultrasound today and the results came back normal. I also took a pregnancy test today which came back negative. i haven't had unprotected sex in almost 2 months. This pain is not new, before it was just a short bust of pain and it would go away but for the past week it has been constant. This past week i also had to double up on birth control pills for missing 2 or 3 days.
