For the past year or so, I've had a cold every morning--but ONLY in the morning. I'm 23,male , 65kg , 5'8. otherwise healthy. here's the rundown:
my symptoms are a runny nose, slight congestion usually in one nostril, and sneezing. NO coughing, scratchy throats, itchy eyes, headache, etc. the sniffles last an hour usually, then mysteriously disappear.
symptoms only set in after I have been up and walking around for about five minutes.
it usually only lasts for about an hour, but some days, it will last until 3 or 4 o'clock. I am currently at work, indoors in an office, and still experiencing symptoms from the morning.
symptoms begin when I sneeze ONCE. ONLY after I have had the inaugural sneeze, not before. I sneeze, and subsequently my nose runs, I feel a little congested, and I'm snotty.
symptoms happen in spring, summer, fall and winter--every day of the year. I obviously notice them a little less when I have an ACTUAL cold, which happens once-twice a year. but they're every day.
