For Three Days My Right Pectoris Muscle Hurt So Bad

For three days my right pectoris muscle hurt so bad that I could not sleep or get in and out of the car. It went away and immediately my left top three abdominal muscles. Again so painful it hurt to move or travel. After three days the left abdominal muscles hurt just like the other two have done. Also the right lat muscle is now hurting. I had to go to the ER twice in two days. The pain pills they gave me the first day did not work. They did a bunch of test, blood sample, EKG, CAT scan, urine test. They could not fine anything and sent me home. I still hurt, real bad, with a 9 on the 1-10 scale. What is the problem
