For Three Days Now I Am Suffering From A Sharp

For three days now I am suffering from a sharp pain under my left breast bone, radiating to my collar bone and neck area. I felt like I had palpitations prior to the onset of pain. This pain is worse when I breath and eases when I lean forward. Extremely tired too.
