For Three Days Straight Now, I Have Been Feeling A

For three days straight now, I have been feeling a "fluttering"sensation in my left shoulder and the side of my neck, as well as tingling and numbness down my left arm to my finger tips (I have not lost feeling,though). No pain. Gets worse when I move or use my arm/hand. What could this be? I went to my doctor and they ruled out blood clot/stroke.
