For three weeks I have had swollen glands in my pelvic area and pain in my gut so i went to er and they tested my blood, urine, and did an ultrasound on my testicles to check for anything abnormal since i was having pain in my left testes but gave me a clean bill of health. last week i also noticed i had a big bruise on the side of my penis. whats going on. They said suspected viral infection but im not so sure.
