For Three Weeks My Granddaughter Has Had Increasing Symptoms Of

For three weeks my granddaughter has had increasing symptoms of heahaches ( getting worse) and pain killers don't seem to help), irregular temperatures from 102 to a low of 96, flushed face that gets hot, but she is cold, and upset stomach as well as some dizziness. We took her to emergency room last night and they did a blood workup, CT scan and uranalisis which they said were all normal. She still feels the same and we are at a loss as what to do next. Any suggestions
