For Twelve Weeks: Extreme Lightheadedness, Very Woozy, Feel Like Fainting

For twelve weeks: extreme lightheadedness, very woozy, feel like fainting or just falling over, not walking quite straight, extreme fatigue, can't concentrate, very absentminded, short term memory problems, abnormally out of breath for normal walking or climbing stairs, feel like head is very heavy and just wobbling around, like my brain is spinning around. It is NOT vestibular because that has been checked twice. I am a migraine sufferer and have taken drugs for this for approx. 18 years. Currently taking 40mg Relpax. MRI next week. . .
