For Two And A Half Weeks Now I Have Had

For two and a half weeks now I have had this off and on almost orgasmic feeling in my tummy and vagina... it last for a couple of minutes then goes away... constant urination... tired all the time... and more hungry than I was before... and thirsty all the time... feeling really full after eating at first then hungry again minutes later... I am on birth control... Implanon... I don't know what going on... please help!
