For Two Day I Have Had A Small Lump On

For two day I have had a small lump on my right jaw bone and there is a "kernel" or lump underneath it. When I press on the jawbone lump it hurts, kinda like bruised. I am 79. Also I ate a Fire Cinnamon candy and after that is when I first noticed it.
