For Two Days Now, I Have A Sharp Pain With

For two days now, I have a sharp pain with the slightest cough or when I take a deep breath in on my right side under my ribs. right under my right breast. I haven't done anything physical to cause this, just woke up with it. hurts a little when I move, but hurts badly breathing and simple cough (clearing my throat).
