For Two Weeks I Have Had Pain In My Neck

For two weeks i have had pain in my neck and goes down to left shoulder hands and feet as if they are a sleep cant use left hand to even hold a phone toes tingle on left foot all the time it got so bad that i took muscle relaxers to sleep and got up this after noon with a knot on my left side of head size around of a quarter and as big as 4 quarters to gather
