For Two Weeks Now, I've Had A Pain In My

For two weeks now, I've had a pain in my right front rib cage. It's a piercing nerve like pain when I make certain movements and extremely painful to sneeze. Jumping up and down or moving to fast also creates extreme stab of pain. Laying down to sleep seems to activate it as well. I don't remember pulling or straining that area in terms of muscle, so I'm getting very concerned that it may be an organ, or internal infection of some kind.
Please help!
