For Two Weeks Now, I Have Been Having These Really

For two weeks now, i have been having these really stomach pains, especially in my lower abdomen. I also have my period now for the second time in two weeks. I am not feeling hungry anymore, when I eat I even feel like im going to throw up. My stomach feels hard and bloated. Also, there comes bloody with my stools. I am 20 years old and never experienced anything like this before. What can I do?
