For urinary urgency for someone over 60 what OTC medication is available, or by prescription if only that is recommended? Benadryl works but not recommended at that age, and all anti-cholinergics come with some risk. I will discuss with my medical provider next time we meet because last time he thought I was joking! It's an issue on intercontinental flights etc. Thanks
