For Years I Have Had Severe Pain And Sensitivity In

For years I have had severe pain and sensitivity in my right cheek, especially when it is touched. I had a rock thrown into my face when I was younger (25 years ago), and it swelled very badly. When I rub my finder over the spot (have a large red spot on the cheek) I get a nerve tingle throughout my eye. It swells a little to the touch and even if I sleep on it at night. I can also feel something hard like bone that moves back and forth if I put my finger on it. I can feel a small depression just below this lump.

I have been going crazy over it for years, and cosmetically the redness bother me as well. What can this be, and is it fixable?
