For Years My Twin And I Have Suffered From Several

For years my twin and I have suffered from several different inflammatory problems It's just gotten real bad in the last couple of years. Some of the symptoms are OBS, lower left abdominal pain, pain in lower back all the way across the lower back, (we both have kidney stones and this is a different pain) hips and pelvic pain, legs, knees and feet major pain swelling. The newest thing my sis has now makes us 98% sure if one gets an answer it'll help both of us. I've had a fungus under both big toes for about 5 or 6 years, I've tried over the counter stuff and prescription on it but nothing works. My twin just told me about hers because she didn't even think it could be related.
I've also had 2 spells in the last 3 yrs (First spell I think was 4/2013, second one was 3/2014, spells meaning a span of 5 to 6 weeks having what I thought I was having heart attacks. It was almost daily, and some would last 8-10 minutes. They stopped for awhile then last year when they started again. Finally got a heart catheter the beginning of the year. When I was in recovery he came to see me and said everything was fine that it must be all in my head, but as he started to walk off one of my spells happened. All the bells and whistles went of on my machines. He just turn around and yelled she's having a attack and everybody had the bed surrounded they all knew I was having one. But when it was over it disappeared as fast has it started. What eventually stopped it was when they called Dr Shallal and he gave them orders for Demerol, phenergan and adivadan. My twin Melissa has started having them too in the last 6-8 months ago. I found micro vein heart attacks during the very started in. Our Dad had them before and after his heart attack and thriple bypass in 1986.
What happened last Sunday in the ER has truly got us convinced we are on the right trail that we do have something but we haven found anyone that would put the puzzle pieces together.
The ER doctor did some normal blood work but did some other stuff that won't come back for about a week. What did come back was for my osteoarthritis, which Melissa and I have both known this for several years. Then he showed me a number that showed there is an autoimmune disease/problem. I've been told that there really isn't a test for Lupus, the only symptom I don't have for Lupus is the rash on my face. Sometimes it burns and feels irritated but you don't see a rash.
I know this may seemed a little mixed up but I was just trying to get my point across.
Do you have any suggestions of we should do next??

Sincerely,
Marie Gaskin
