Found On MRI...3.0-3.3 Cm Cyst Probably Ovarian With Free Fluid

Found on MRI...3.0-3.3 cm cyst probably ovarian with free fluid in the adnexal and cul de sac areas. I've figured out what the cul de sac area is but not how or what fluid in the adnexal area is. Also isn't that a pretty large cyst? I went in for the MRI for pretty bad lower back pain.
