Four Days Ago I Started With A Sharp Pain In

Four days ago I started with a sharp pain in my left shoulder blade while folding large sheets with outstretched arms and I felt it. I must share thAt I am T-12 L-1 paraplegic. On my way to work I hit black ice, utility pole crushed spinal cord but that was 30 years ago. I've raised two sons since then and I still work full time in Hbg. I,v r survived this long by asking questions so my pain is much worse like a constant and only comfortable. laying in Dolphin mattress I am using for something unrelated, I think. I'm thinking it's just the way I was laying or something. It hurts when I,m sitting up, when I take a deep breath the entire left breast Round to the back almost stops me, I cannot turn a certain way. Is it just a muscle or could it be something else? No fever , BP good. Not eating well again unrelated, I think.
