Four Weeks Ago I Had A Miscarriage & A D&c.

Four weeks ago I had a miscarriage & a d&c. I've been dizzy ever since. My hcg levels aren't done to less than 5. Im dizzy when I bend my head back or bend over. I did fracture my C6&7 about 15 yrs ago. Could it be the hormones or should I just get my neck checked again?
