Four Weeks Ago I Had The Fluid Removed To Get

Four weeks ago I had the fluid removed to get rid of some floaters as well as some stuff removed from my behind my lens. I had cataract surgery a few years ago. Apparently I had stitches in a couple of places on my eye and was told they would dissolve. Most have, but I have one place where there is a bump and the stitches haven't dissolved. Three weeks ago when I had my followup visit, my vision was 20/30. I was thrilled, but since then my eye seems irritated all the time and I have some gunk and blurry vision. Will this clear up by itself and how long can this take?
