Fourth Day Off Opiate. Regular Medicine In Morning Is Zoloft

Fourth day off opiate. Regular medicine in morning is Zoloft adderall and metformin. My stomach is killing me . Lower abdominal region very swollen with a lot of pressure and internal motion. Very difficult to release entire bowel. It's stuck and I'm having fecal incontinence trying to push it out and it also feels like bad period cramps.. I just can't handle the nerve discomfort in my stomach: I'm taking little pieces of Xanax hoping to mitigate the intestinal blockage causing the pain but it's very distended and continues to suffer. What's happening ? How can I alleviate the issue going on?
