Freaking Out A Bit Here. In The Summer I Hurt

Freaking out a bit here. in the summer I hurt (bulging and herniated discs) my back but its been doing decent and am about to continue therapy. I have been nervous and feeling anxiety as of late due to Graduate work at school. for about a week i get the urge to urinate frequently, but not much comes out. Seemed dark like apple juice for a while but now pretty much yellow and maybe cloudy?? I have pain in my back that seems to have come with the need to urinate?? Tested no STD's and they say no UTI (but not sure I completely trust this urgent care place). 23 year old male, overweight if that matters?? Now I'm scared ......... stone???
