Frequent Pain In Right Side Back Just Below Rib Cage

Frequent pain in right Side back just below rib cage that carries through to the right side and right front. Increases with movement and when pressed. History of autoimmune hepatitis and I have SLE. Recent labs show liver enzymes elevated 117 and 192 for AST and ALT respectively. Pain is increasing. Not sure what I should do.
