Frequent Sharp Shooting Pains In Vagina Hurts A Little Bit

Frequent sharp shooting pains in vagina hurts a little bit when start urinating but nothing compared to shooting pains when standing or laying is this just a uti or bladder infection or could this be more serious have had bladder pulled up and ablation surgeries and also on synthroid for thyroid removal and maybe hormones just out of whack do you think I should be concern?
