Friday I Noticed That The Folds On My Neck Were

Friday I noticed that the folds on my neck were red. That night I noticed that the folds where I bend my arm were red. today the other arm the fold are red. Not itching at all but stings a little. My hands the past month have felt very tight and dry and a little stiff. I am Not swollen ar all. I am a 69 year female. I an not overweight. Any thoughts on what this may be. I
