Friday About 6pm I Was At Work And All Of

Friday about 6pm I was at work and all of a sudden it was like my eyes crossed. I took off my glasses and it didn't make a difference. I was seeing double of everything. I made my way to the bathroom to look in the mirror and by then they straightened out but my pupils looked really big. What could this be?
