Friday Fell On Black Ice. Landed With Right Ankle Rolled

Friday fell on black ice. Landed with right ankle rolled under me. Pain to step on for two days. Still very sore but can walk on it. Outside of ankle quite swollen and black and blue. Been applying Tiger balm in am. icing at night. Elevating with ic. today soaked it in whirlpool with jet massaging it. Felt relief. Also taking Advil.
