Friday Night I Got Sick And Threw Up Plus Diarhhea

Friday night I got sick and threw up plus diarhhea and then chilling and head hurting....then as I got to feeling better I started going back to work and doing stuff at home then yesterday at work as well as today, every time I bent over and raised up I was so dizzy. I started drinking Gatorade and maybe I started doing too much too quick. My head is hurting right now, started chilling so took a hot bath. I am fine sitting real still but moving around and bending over makes me so dizzy...can this come from a bad virus?
