Friend Is Experiencing Vaginal Dryness After Sex. I Have Told

Friend is experiencing vaginal dryness after sex. I have told her to use a lubricant or try a hormone cream because that is what works for me. She said it feels like the insides are pushing out and she has tried both. Entire area is uncomfortable and feels like pressure in her back and pelvic area. She hasn't been to dr. because she was just there for physical checkup and everything was fine, but she had sex couple weeks ago and now everything is out of whack.
