From 42 Days My Periods Not Come. I Test My

From 42 days my periods not come. I test my urine at home and it comes positive but from the date of periods about 14 days I have lots of pain in my stomach then I consult a gynaec and she prescribed medicine vitagreat & Duvadilan retard. After 2 days consuming these medicine my periods started with 5-10 blood spots. Is there any chance left for pregnancy ??
