From Last 1 Year I Am Masturbating Once In A

From last 1 year I am masturbating once in a week but few days before I was done it frequently 5 times in a week.And I also caught masturbating by my mother since then I had stopped masrurbating.My mother's scolding made me so tensed and depressed.I am also suffering from hairfall and my hairs are greying fast.Is this causing due to frequent masturbation or due to stress caused by my mother's scolding.(I am 19 years old my weight is 60 kg my height: 5'7", I am also very weak and thin).Tell me that masturbating once in a week is safe.
