From Last 6 To 7 Month Im Having Pain On

From last 6 to 7 month im having pain on me left shouldier as well as some time i fell like my chest is heavy.. n its its paining from uppeer side but no issues while breathing. I had done ecg check up but evrything is normal.. please can u help with it..
