From Last I Week I M Suffering From Loose Motion

From last I week I m suffering from loose motion cough and cold. I took normal med norflox tz and Vic's vap for steam. But after 3 days loose motion was stop but cold and cough increase then I took paraparacetamol. But it not control I contact the doctor he suggest me med paracetamol one cough drop . but after 1 days my health condition is not good I have 104deg fever, pain in my chest forehead and back when I start coughing whole body is paining and loose motion also start from yesterday. Coughing cold fever break my body and chest is pain when I take big breathing. Help me .
