From Last Six Month I M Having Swelling In Lymph

From last six month I m having swelling in lymph & sore throat for which I'm taking medicines from last 3 days ..I'm also having breathing problem .. From yesterday I'm having more breathing problem , when I'm inhaling its paining in my throat & then I I'm felling cooling in my throat & stomach is filled with air & it's also paining in chest ..for this whom should I consult ..ent or any other
