Gall Bladder - I Had A Heida - Scan (sp.?)

Gall Bladder - I had a Heida - scan (sp.?) 2 weeks ago and my gastro told me not to do anything - it could get worse, better or stay the same. My rating was 27, and they told me I should be at 30 or above. So far, I haven't had any pain, just a stiffness and a pulling feeling, and I've had this ongoing for about 6-8 months.
What should I be doing or not doing? I'm trying to see a surgeon right now to get another opinion.
