Gas And Loose Stool Started Last Fri. Low Grade Diarrhea,

Gas and loose stool started last fri. Low grade diarrhea, pencil thin stool but lately light (not hard) round stool. Need pass gas (has stool) in it before able to urinate. Also floating yellow oily looking globules with no solid in it which is the 1st time for me.
