Gastroenterology: I Have Had Pain In My Abdomen On Both

Gastroenterology: I have had pain in my abdomen on both sides. Finally, they took out my Gallbladder, operations at 23%, but I continue to be in pain. They did an MRCP which showed an enlarged liver (21.8) but nothing else. I limit my sugars and carbs; I weigh 150, I am not diabetic, I don't fit any criteria. Salad and some sort of protein 2ce a day. It has been over 4 months since my surgery. My pain is right where the GB used to be, under the ribs and up in the shoulder. The left side pain is in the front by ribs and down the left side. Pain is not consistent and I not high on pain scale. I do have it every day. I cannot find a pattern to it. Also, since my surgery I have had daily amounts of diarrhea and have gained 10 pounds
I started about a cup of eating rice and that helps with it, but I still come back to the runny stools.
The Doc says she has done everything and they don't know. I don't know what to do from here.
