I am a 66 yr old white male, good helath it am also a 5 year breast cancer survivor...so far. Yesterday I took my blood pressure as i was light headed and near fainting so wanted to check. It was 98/65 with pulse 116. Should I be overly concerned or let this pass? Current heart rate is 80 lying down but several instances of light headedness when standing or reaching today.
