Get A Pain Like A Charley Horse Cramp At Lower

Get a pain like a charley horse cramp at lower end of esophagus followed immediately by violet hiccups. Then I start feeling weak, like I am going to black out. Then I feel nauseated and start to gag but only a clear slimy fluid comes up. Try to press in & upwards in that area & usually eases off but leaves me feeling extremely sweaty & weak. I am 76 year old women in good health otherwise. Fell off a ladder a couple years ago and broke sternem. This problem started after that and occurs every couple months.
