Getting Gas Problem Now A Days In Evening Or Night.

Getting gas problem now a days in evening or night. Take food 3 times in day in morning around 9 am 2 bread with milk or juice, lunch at 1:30 pm rice , daal, vegetable, roti. Dinner at 9:30 pm roti and vegetable.
In evening 7:30 pm going to gym for 1 hr and during exercise getting gas.
I am male 32 with no health problem till now.
