Getting Up In The Sleep Without Knowing, Talking In The Sleep. Should I See A Doctor?
Im always tired and when i try sleep i seem to be sleeping short broken periods with getting up and finding myself sitting on the bottom of the bed with no memory of doing this. I will do this quite afew times. Sometimes i change my location of where i go to sit, sometimes i rock back and fourth and other times i talk or call out in my supposed sleep. What can I do? Do i need to see a doctor?
