God I Don't Know Where To Start. Right, For Some

God i don't know where to start. Right, for some years i have had a lump under the skin. It used to be nearer my anus entrance but as time passed it moved to the top of my anal crack. Like right at the bottom of my spine. With this i have had severe symptoms of an ibs sufferer. I have cut out gluten , am on the FODMAP diet and recently become vegetarian yet nothing is helping. My stomach will not decrease swelling . I am still cramping. Still constipated and diarrhea regularly. I moved countries from the UK to Turkey 5 yrs ago and its harder for me to seek help.
