Going On 2 Weeks My Husband Is Having Evere Lower

Going on 2 weeks my husband is having evere lower back pain. He thought it came from deep muscle strain as it happened during simple floor exercises...He has fallen 1x on his own and 2x while taking hydrocodone to help w the pain which was not helped by meloxicam or tramadol.He became incontinent tho now it's only some of the time. Since the hydrcodone he took colace and ____(?) to move his bowels . It worked so well he had to take immodium to stop the diarrhea. And then it began again.
He also had some blood in urine and more in stool. His Primary sent him for kidney ultra sound which revealed stones but not in any place to create blood in urine. I am feeling it's time to take him to ER tho he does not want to go. Thank you for your thoughts?
