Going To The ENT Again Tomorrow For What Has Been

Going to the ENT again tomorrow for what has been ID as swimmer's ear. 10-day of pain & 6 day on Rx (ciprodex) with little to no relief. Pain in ear, ear canal swelled, no discharge, ear feels "plugged," dull and at time sharp pain of short duration in the ear and were I assume the E tube enters the throat.

Are there ear drop designed just to deaden the pain?
