Good Afternoon Doctor,
I recently got married and while having sex my foreskin has developed cuts all over.
I visited a urologist a week back. He asked me to apply Betadine 5% as it was not available the chemist gave me Cipladine 5% which i am applying since a week in the night before sleeping. On suggestion from a freind i also applied Surfaraz SN cream once in the morning after bathing.
It cuts subsided but whenever i try to pull the foreskin down to clean the area the cuts reappear.
My question is should i continue applying Surfaraz SN cream in the morning? And for the dry scaly skin should i apply coconut oil?
P.S The doctor suggested to get my sugar levels checked (Hba1c) which is high. Now i am following a strict diet to control my sugar level.
