Good Afternoon Doctor,

My mother had undergone total gastrectomy for poorly differentiated carcinoma 8 months before. Now we did PET scan. That report says there are two tumors in the spleen. Please help me doctor how to find out that it is cancer tumor. And tell me how to prevent it from spreading and is there any further detention?
