Good Afternoon, For The Past 3 Week I Have Been

Good Afternoon,
For the past 3 week I have been experiencing excruciating pain in my lower right side. I thought is was a hernia. My stomach is distended on the right side and pain is awful, I cant sleep, or sit for long periods of time. I had my appendix removed 20 years ago. I go to the bathroom regularly,. I went to Urgent care and they recommended seeing my primary care doctor. I was so disappointed.
