Good Afternoon! I Have A 42 Y.o. Male Friend That

Good Afternoon! I have a 42 y.o. male friend that has been noticing brown to black pin size spots showing up in different place of his body; arm (front and back), leg(close to the knee area), within the fold of the pubic area and the leg, right side of the temple and the hand. It's not raised, red or itching.

He's concerned and at this time does not have insurance.
