Good Afternoon. I Hurt My Ankle/foot But I'm Not Sure

Good Afternoon. I hurt my ankle/foot but I'm not sure how. One minute I was perfectly fine and the next I was barely able to walk. It hurts along the outside of my foot all around my ankle, up through my leg, and on my ankle bone. It is swollen and I've been icing it, resting as much as I could, elevating it, and taking ibuprofen. Do you think it's just a sprain?
